Sonoma County Energy Independence Program (SCEIP)

The Sonoma County Energy Independence Program (SCEIP) is an exciting new way to finance solar installations for property owners through the property tax system.  This innovative new effort to improve energy efficiency for homeowners is currently available for residential and commercial solar installations in Sonoma County including Santa Rosa, Windsor, Rohnert Park, Petaluma, Sonoma, Sebastopol and Cotati.
